Yes, all the rooms are provided with linen.

Yes, in the first floor communal lounge there is a T.V. for guest use, free of charge.

No, but sampling of typical local products is possible (wine, cured meats, cheeses, olive oil).
On request it is also possible to have lunch or dinner in the villa (only for groups: min 6 people) or in a restaurant near Fontevetriana. Please make the request (not binding) on the booking form.

No, but normally the thick farmhouse walls maintain a pleasant temperature even in mid summer.

Yes, the surrounding area is full of them. You are in Tuscany!
