Casale Casalborgo Casale Fontevetriana

The agriturismo Fontevetriana is part of the vast farm complex of Poggio Crespino and is composed of 2 houses: Casa Fontevetriana (Fontevetriana House) and Casa al Borgo (The House in the Hamlet). The recently renovated (19th century) the farm house is in a village of pre-Etruscan origin at the foot of Mount Cetona. The two stone buildings are served by an internal wooden staircase and an imposing exterior one built of stone, with direct access from the village. The remaining walks of the house are surrounded by the private garden available to guests. Overlooking the Mount Cetona valley, the famhouse's swimming pool post awaits to cool you in your moments of relaxation.

In the garden, on sunny days, your can relax in the gently swinging hammock shaded by an elm tree.
For your slumbers seven romantic rooms with en-suite bathrooms are available; tastefully furnished, following criteria of best comfort and elegant simplicity.
A pleasant corner for your conversation and times of relaxations is afforded by two spacious lounges with an open fireplace .
In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare breakfast and cook typical Tuscan dishes.

There is a small library of books for your consultation and other material to further your knowledge of Tuscany and its traditions and real Tuscany and to enable you to better organization you stay and excursions in search of the true and typical Tuscan dishes.

All of the interiors of the farm house have pastel coloured walls , to make your stay in Tuscany even more relaxing and memorable; ; to combine relaxation with health and beauty you can take advantage of massages and treatments for face, body and spirit inside the farmhouses; there is also a wellbeing centre near by the farmhouses.
Woodland herbs, which you can learn to recognise and gather following easy instructions, lend their names to the guest rooms: Malva (Mallow), Melissa (Lemon balm), Erica (Heather) and Valeriana (Valerian) in Casa Fontevetriana and Verbena, Camomilla and Lavanda in Casa al Borgo.
